Regarding the media coverage of “Netizens On Both Sides of the Strait Are Shocked at the Way Armed Forces Hold their Rifles When Shooting Promotional Photos”, the Army Aviation and Special Forces Command has stated today (24th) that the photos indicated in the coverage were taken during the march training and tactical drills of the special forces, where T-74 machine guns on the special forces combat vehicle are correctly mounted on the gun racks; personnel on the side of the vehicle hold the latest model of T-91 assault rifle, which features low recoil, and the gunstock of the rifle should sit firmly against the shoulder joint when shooting, though the posture of holding the rifle can be adjusted according to the battlefield environment and individual combat requirements during close quarters combat by integrating the flexible application of the strategic vertical forward grip to correspond to the requirements of battlefield circumstances.

The Army Aviation and Special Forces Command hereby express its gratitude for the concern from each sector, and will continue to implement various combat training missions with constant refinement in order to reinforce the combat capability of the troops and merit the citizens’ trust.
